Joni was found as stray and had somewhat shut down in the shelter. She is now found her groove at the foster home. She is thought to be a West Highland Terrier mix. Joni is 13 lbs is spayed, has all her vaccines, HW negative and microchipped. She has learned the doggie door and enjoys the other pets in the foster home.
